meaningful steps toward greater independence and personal growth
At Every Good Work CIC, we provide high-quality supported accommodation alongside structured, person-centred support that promotes stability, independence, and positive outcomes. We recognise that individuals’ needs vary, and our model is designed to ensure that each resident receives the right level of support, delivered in a safe, compliant, and effective way.
At Every Good Work, we deliver housing management and non-personal support focused on tenancy sustainment, daily living skills, budgeting, emotional wellbeing, and access to community and healthcare services. Where residents require more than minimal or planned support, including personal care, this is delivered by independent, CQC-registered care providers under separate arrangements. This clear separation ensures transparency, accountability, and compliance with regulatory and Housing Benefit requirements.
Our role is to work collaboratively with care providers, local authorities and other professionals to ensure support is coordinated and responsive, while maintaining a clear distinction between housing and care. This model enables residents to benefit from ongoing, structured support without blurring responsibilities or compromising quality.
